At Belle’s Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces. Because our collection is curated and shipped globally, we have a specific policy to ensure we can keep our prices accessible for everyone.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we will make it right immediately.

Report within 7 Days: Please contact us at info@bellesjewellery.shop within 7 days of delivery.

Evidence Required: You must include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a photo of the SKU label on the original packaging.

The Fix: Once verified, we will issue a full refund or a replacement. In most cases of damage, you do not need to return the item.
Returns & "Change of Mind"
Due to hygiene reasons and our international fulfillment process:

Jewelry is Final Sale: We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "incorrect size" once an order has been delivered.

Earrings: For health and hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: These are final sale and cannot be returned.
UK & EU Statutory Cancellation Rights
In accordance with UK & EU law, customers have a 14-day "cooling off" period to cancel their order.

Eligibility: Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags and SKU labels attached.

Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns under this law, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once a refund is approved (for a defect or a valid statutory return), it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
